Niki has been immersed in health and wellness since she was 15, teaching her first movement class as a teenager and feeling an electric joy that ignited her mission:
βI am going to work with human beings for the rest of my life.β
With over two decades of experience, Niki has rebuilt her own body after four hip surgeries and two surgeries for stage 4 endometriosis. Along the way, she has studied myofascial and mind-body movement, completed a degree in naturopathy and herbal medicine (BNHM), and holistic nutrition, now sharing her expertise with others.
